OpenAlex publication counts by frontier topic, country and year, with the query used (HSC-01).
Columns
| Column | Meaning |

record_id | Stable row ID assigned by the consolidation step (prefix BTF plus row number in the stream's row order). |
topic | Topic basket (for example cultivated_meat, single_cell_protein, gas_fermentation_protein). |
country | World, or ISO country code by author affiliation (VN, TH, SG and others). |
year | Publication year (2026 is partial, to 24 September 2026). |
count | Number of works (articles and reviews) found. |
per_10k_country_output | Works per 10,000 of the country's own article and review output, 2015 to 2025 (country total rows). |
query_or_oql | Query string or canonical OpenAlex OQL, so the count can be rerun. |
source_ids | Source IDs (see sources.csv) supporting the row, separated by semicolons. Free text such as "QNT model" or "our calculation" marks our own work. |
notes | Free-text notes from the research agent. |
