Prices of feedstocks and side streams (cassava, rice by-products, molasses, brewer's spent grain and others) by market and date.
Columns

record_id | Stable short row ID assigned by the consolidation step (prefix plus number). |
stream | Feedstock or side stream. |
market_location | Market or location of the price. |
price | Price (see unit). |
unit | Unit of the value or price. |
date | Date of the event, price or approval (ISO format where available). |
basis | Basis of the figure (how it was measured, estimated or quoted). |
source_ids | Source IDs (see sources.csv) supporting the row, separated by semicolons. |
evidence_label | VN-direct (evidence about Vietnam), VN-adjacent (comparable country, transfer assumed) or general. |
confidence | High (primary source read), Medium (reputable secondary or primary read in part) or Low (single claim, press, company marketing). |
notes | Free-text notes from the research agent and, where stated, the consolidation step. |
