Columns

record_id | Row ID from the stream. |
layer | Layer: energy, hydrogen, co2, bio_zone, carbohydrate, residue, buyer or research. |
item | Asset, plan or cluster. |
province_current | Current (post-1 July 2025) province name or names. |
province_former | Former provincial unit or units before the 2025 merger. |
status | operating, planned or proposed. |
capacity_or_size | Capacity or size, with the year where given. |
horizon_year | Year or years the value or statement refers to. |
foresight_type | Foresight type from the futures protocol: trend, projection, estimate, signal, wildcard or vision; "projection (official target)" marks a government target. |
source_ids | Source IDs (see sources.csv) supporting the row, separated by semicolons. Free text such as "QNT model" or "our calculation" marks our own work. |
evidence_label | VN-direct (evidence about Vietnam), VN-adjacent (comparable country, transfer assumed) or general. Some rows give a label per part of the row. |
confidence | High (primary source read), Medium (reputable secondary or primary read in part) or Low (single claim, press, company marketing, or derived by us from weak inputs). |
notes | Free-text notes from the research agent. |
