record_id | Stable short row ID assigned by the consolidation step (prefix plus number). |
species | Farmed species. |
ingredient | Feed or food ingredient. |
inclusion_low_pct | Low end of inclusion, % of diet. |
inclusion_high_pct | High end of inclusion, % of diet. |
basis | Basis of the figure (how it was measured, estimated or quoted). |
region | Region the value applies to. |
year | Year the value refers to. |
doi_or_url | DOI or URL of the source. |
source_ids | Source IDs (see sources.csv) supporting the row, separated by semicolons. |
evidence_label | VN-direct (evidence about Vietnam), VN-adjacent (comparable country, transfer assumed) or general. |
confidence | High (primary source read), Medium (reputable secondary or primary read in part) or Low (single claim, press, company marketing). |
notes | Free-text notes from the research agent and, where stated, the consolidation step. |
