Protein yield per hectare of crops and systems (soybean, maize, duckweed, napier grass and others), a land benchmark for protein substitutes.
Columns

record_id | Stable row ID assigned by the consolidation step (prefix LPY plus row number in the stream's row order). |
crop_or_system | Crop or production system. |
protein_kg_per_ha_per_yr | Protein yield, kg per hectare per year. |
basis | Calculation basis (yield x protein content, and sources). |
vn_relevance | Why the row matters for Vietnam. |
source_ids | Source IDs (see sources.csv) supporting the row, separated by semicolons. Free text such as "QNT model" or "our calculation" marks our own work. |
confidence | High (primary source read), Medium (reputable secondary or primary read in part) or Low (single claim, press, company marketing, or derived by us from weak inputs). |
notes | Free-text notes from the research agent. |
